Chef Ajay Chopra's culinary journey started in Delhi as a prep cook and now after 25 years of traveling across the globe chef AJAY CHOPRA is showcasing  best of his dishes in Chapter 1 of his culinary journey at PLAKA cyberhub 
As a chef, there is nothing more exciting than exploring new flavors and cuisines during his travels. Whether it's a street food stall in Southeast Asia or a high-end restaurant in Europe, He is always on the lookout for new ingredients and techniques that he can bring back to the kitchen.

One of his most memorable trips was to Singapore, where he discovered the sweet and savory flavors of diverse Asian cuisine. From the Paan salad  to the clay pot rice, and fragrant Laksa curry,  he was blown away by the complexity and balance of flavors in every dish.
For him, traveling is not just about experiencing new cultures and sights, but also about expanding  culinary horizons and learning new techniques and flavors. It is this love for exploration that keeps me inspired and motivated as a chef, and he is always grateful for every opportunity to discover new tastes and ingredients around the world.

Loco Loca

Loco Loca Bistro is a unique blend of Mumbai - Spanish cuisine style. This breezy, open-air, all-day dining bistro incorporates a live kitchen and a gourmet pastry shop making it an acceptable combination for the food lovers.

Inspired by the vibrant Mumbai vibe and our favorite meals across the world. Patrons can enjoy specially curated small plates and tapas to go with their drinks. For large groups, there’s the inventive rotisserie and wood-fired brick oven mighty pizza.

The concept of TAB takes the traditional American diner up several notches to transform it into a chic, sleek restaurant. The interiors depict a beautiful panoramic Californian landscape, with the pink and green colors being inspired by the breathtaking LA sunsets that paint the sky pink with a little tinge of Californian Greens. The texture of the walls gives a classic rustic look which is contrasted by the contemporary modern furniture that gives you a sense of opulence. The space has been developed to give diners an experience of both formal and informal living. The fresh, vibrant space by day lit with green planters transforms into a class, luxe vibe with upbeat jazz and new modern American music. Making diners feel comfortable and settled, the food does all the talking on behalf of TAB. Overall, the space strikes a fine balance between simplicity and complexity.

Timo Project

Timo is a European tavern-style lounge and restaurant in Bavdhan Pune 

The place has been done up beautifully in bold hues. With a wooden door, bright Tiffany blue interiors, and vintage ensembles,  inspired by  tavern in Europe.

An indoor seating with wooden furniture, yellow sofa lounge, and bar stool parlour- having several seating arrangements. .

The menu is collection of  small and large plates , dishes from Europe that are made with local ingredients and are given a fusion twist.

Iraa Bilaspur brings you exciting dishes, perfectly blended with a relaxed dining experience, making us the perfect place for a feast with family or just a quick bite on the go.

“Iraa” means “earth”. The place where it has been built is called Swarnabhoomi and it’s full of greenery. The restaurant too had to reflect the nature-rich surroundings and the theme of the five elements of nature.
At Iraa, the focus is on the style of cuisine and cooking, such as the use of grills and steam baskets. The menu is a mix of popular cuisines like European, modern Indian and Asian. Signature dishes include stuffed morels with mushroom reduction and wasabi paneer tikka.
