  • 1 bowl Cream
  • 1 small cup Cheese

Ingredients for Spice Mix:

  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • 1 tsp Curry Leaves Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder

 

 

Method for French Fries:

 

  1. Prepare Potatoes:
    • Choose large potatoes and cut them evenly into 1cm x 1cm sticks.
    • Peel the potatoes and blanch them in hot water with salt until they are half-cooked.
    • Remove the fries from hot water and place them in the freezer to freeze.
    • Once frozen, separate the fries and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
    • Remove excess oil with a tissue and fry them again in extremely hot oil until crispy.

Method for Dip:

  1. Prepare Dip:
    • Finely chop Jalapeños and mix with finely chopped onion.
    • Add Tabasco sauce and ketchup to the mixture and combine well.
