  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Paste
  • 2 tsp Corn Flour
  • 2 tsp Refined Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • Oil, for frying

For the Sauce:

  • 2-3 Dry Red Chillies
  • 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped Onions
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Paste
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce

For Garnish:

  • 2-3 Spring Onions
  • Handful of chopped Coriander leaves
  • Handful of Ginger julienne
  • 1 tsp Diluted Corn Flour

 

 

Method:

 

1. Marination:

  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken lollipops with black pepper, ginger-garlic paste, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, and red chilli paste.
  2. Coat the chicken thoroughly with the marinade and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  3. After marination, add corn flour, refined flour, and egg to the chicken. Mix well to ensure the marinade sticks properly to the chicken.

2. Frying:

  1. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
  2. Once the oil is hot, fry the chicken lollipops until golden brown and crispy.
