Method:

 

For Makhni Gravy:

  1. Take a saucepan and add diced tomatoes along with water.
  2. Add cardamom powder, cloves, bay leaves, green chilies, coriander roots, chopped ginger, and garlic.
  3. Include cinnamon, black cardamom, medium-sized onion, and cashew nuts.
  4. Add water and oil, then mix everything well.
  5. Cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until the vegetables become soft.
  6. Once cooked, remove all the whole spices from the gravy.
  7. Mash the gravy with a hand blender and strain it using a strainer.

For Tikka Masala Mix:

  1. Lukewarm some oil in a pan, then transfer it to a bowl.
  2. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, ginger-garlic paste, kasuri methi, and black salt.
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. Add hung curd and roasted chana dal powder for binding.
  5. Marinate paneer chunks in the masala mix for 10 to 15 minutes.

For Paneer Tikka:

  1. Heat some oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, and a little water.
  2. Sauté for a while, then add the makhani gravy and cook until slightly reduced.
  3. Add butter and cream, then mix well.
  4. Season with salt, honey, roasted and crushed Kasuri methi, and coriander leaves.
  5. Add green chilies and tikka paneer chunks.
  6. Mix everything well and cook for a few minutes.
