  • 7-8 Palak (Spinach) leaves
  • 1 cup Besan (Gram flour)
  • 2 tsp Rice flour
  • 2 tsp Corn flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • Oil for frying

For Garnishing:

  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp Black salt
  • 2 tbsp Green chutney
  • 2 tbsp Sweet chutney
  • 2 tbsp Ginger juliennes
  • 2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 2 tsp Chopped coriander
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tsp Red chili powder

 

 

Method:

 

  1. Wash and clean the palak leaves and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, take besan and add rice flour, corn flour, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and enough water to make a smooth batter.
