Makai Khees Cone
Ingredents
Waffle cone - 2 nos American corn (boiled and puree) - 100 grams Ghee - 20 grams Ginger - 10 grams Green chilly - 10 grams Jeera - 4 grams Red chilly powder - 5 grams Sugar - 3 grams Salt to taste Amchoor powder - 5 grams Chaat masala - 10 grams Pop corn - 20 grams Coconut fresh grated - 30 grams
Method
1.In a pan heat some ghee, and then add some jeera and allow it to crackle
2. Then add some hing and add some chopped ginger and green chili and curry leaves and cook on low heat till aroma releases.
3. Now add some corn puree and cook for 5 minutes or till ghee oozes out on top. If you are using frozen corns then crush the them so that you get a nice crunch while eating
4. Then add some grated coconut, some salt, some red chilli powder, amchur powder and some chat masala powder and finally some sugar and now mix everything well and cook further.
5.Now take a cone and add some salsa in the bottom layer and then add the corn mixture we prepared earlier then top it with some more salad and sour cream.
6. Garnish with some popcorn and serve it.
