Ingredients:

 

For paste:

  • Garlic: 8-10 cloves
  • Ginger: 1 inch piece
  • Green chillies: 3-4 pieces
  • Mustard seeds: 1 teaspoon
  • Fenugreek seeds: ½ teaspoon
  • Coriander seeds: 2 tablespoons
  • Water: as required

Other ingredients:

  • Oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Potato: 2 medium-sized, peeled & cut into wedges
  • Drumsticks: 4 pieces, peeled and cut into batons
  • Onion: 2 medium-sized, chopped
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Kashmiri chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Tomatoes: 2 medium-sized, chopped
  • Water: as required
  • Shallow fried potatoes & drumsticks

 

 

Method:

 

Step 1: Preparation

  • Wash the drumsticks thoroughly.
  • Cut off the ends and roughly peel the outer layer.
  • Slice the drumsticks into batons, approximately 2-3 inches in length.
  • Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into wedges, ensuring they are not too thick for even cooking.
