    • 3-4 chopped Cashew nuts
    • 4-5 chopped Raisins
    • 1 pinch Garam Masala
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 chopped Green Chili
    • Chopped Ginger
    • Chopped Coriander leaves
    • 1 tsp Lemon juice

 

 

Method:

 

  1. Heat some oil in a pan and add ghee to it.

  2. Add cumin seeds and allow them to crackle. Then add chopped green chilies and chopped ginger. Saute well.

  3. Add chopped carrots and peas. Cook them over a slow flame.

  4. Now, add pureed spinach to the mixture. Make sure to wash, boil or blanch the spinach leaves before pureeing.
