  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Green peas
  • 1/4 cup Cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 cup Carrot, diced
  • 1/4 cup French beans (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
  • Whole spices: 2 Cardamom pods, 1-inch Cinnamon stick, 1 Bay leaf, 2-3 Cloves

  1. Prepare Dry Fruits: Heat ghee in a pan, roast cashews, almonds, and raisins until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. Fry Paneer: In the same pan, fry diced paneer until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare Spice Mix: In the same pan, add whole spices (cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, cloves), ginger-garlic paste, and vegetable masala. Sauté for a minute.
