Chief Make It Happen Officer
Chef Vinod started out his career with the Holiday Inn brand of hotels in the United Kingdom where he got a brief on the HACCP rules and stock management. His move back to Westin, saw him through his first pre-opening of an Italian restaurant, Prego, where he got a hold of the operational skills, quality standards and supplier sections. He then moved to The Carnival Cruise Line as a CDP where he mastered the HACCP plans and was actively involved with the opening of another restaurant, Guy’s Burger Joint by Guy Fieri. His next adventure saw him through as a Head Chef at the F Beach House.
